Fisher-Price goes retro

I have it on very good authority that Mr Best Buys' favourite toy when he was a child was this cool little Fisher-Price record player. Not much has changed, Mr Best Buys still loves his music and hey, that record player is back on the market.

Not seen in shops for over 30 years Fisher-Price is tapping into the parent nostalgia market by re-releasing its record player in Target stores in the US this month.

Just look at that classic 70's stylin' it comes with all the classic tunes of yesteryear including Humpty Dumpty, Jack and Jill, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star & Farmer In the Dell. No Lady Ga Ga here!

No news on whether it will be available in Australia but you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be keeping an eye out for it. I've got just the toe tapp'n toddler who would love to give those plastic discs a spin.
