The bitti boo is a modern fitted cloth nappy and is shaped like a regular disposable nappy, but rather than tabs on the side, it has snap lock fasteners at the front.
The bitti boo is a Snap In One (SIO) that comes apart in three layers.
bitti boo nappies are a low rise hipster style so they look similar to a disposable nappy when they are on and comfortably fit under regular baby/toddler clothing. They are adjustable as your baby grows and have an outer of soft bamboo and organic cotton mix fabric. They come in yellow, blue, red, orange & green.
S, M & L sizes are available to fit from newborn to 17kg.
Performance and Drawbacks
bitti boo nappies have the same snug fit you get with all itti bitti cloth nappies. They are a bit bulkier than your average disposable but are a slim fit in comparison to other cloth nappy options. They are well designed for their function.
The fitted leg holes and snug fit ensure everything stays in, however, you need to use a nappy cover for the bitti boo to be 100% waterproof. You can expect a bitti boo to last your baby approximately 3 hourse before it needs a change or add 1 or 2 boosters for overnight.
The bitti boo comes in three parts, the outer cover, a folded booster with an organic cotton core and a super soft velor top booster. Being able to take apart and unfold the nappy makes it easy to wash and dry but more fiddly to put together. However, it also gives you the option to tailor the nappy to your child's needs and day or night use. You can also substitute a mini booster for slimmer day time wear.
The bright colours are fun and the bamboo/organic cotton mix makes the bitti boo lovely and soft.
