Design and Features
Mae wall stickers are made from fabric and printed with environmentally friendly inks. They are removable, re-usable, washable and indestructible.
They come in small, medium and large packs in a variety of different designs including Twitters (birds), Build A Tree, Tea Time, Dress Up Dolls and Dinosaurs. Twitters now come with their own string so you can create a perch for your birds.
Performance and Drawbacks
The designs of these stickers are wonderfully nostalgic and lots of fun. Using different kinds of patterns rather than block colours give them an added dimension.
They are very easy to apply but because they are fabric they do have a few wayward strings so it's best to have a pair of scissors or even better, a scalpel on hand so you can make some nifty snips when needed.
No worries if your owl is a bit wonky, just peel her off and reapply. You can literally peel these stickers off the wall, scrunch them up and smooth them back on. You can wipe them down with a damp clean cloth, but avoid any kind of cleaning products.
You're going to need to clean them because the biggest thing that differentiates Mae wall stickers from others is that they are designed and made for sticky little fingers to play with. Designs like Dress Up Dolls and Build a Tree invite toddlers and children to create their own spaces and they can design and rearrange to their hearts' content.
By far the most annoying thing about Mae wall stickers are the little people who, after your hours of work to get them just right, peel them off and make them their own. One pesky little guy who I'm very fond off regularly likes to make off with my string perch!!
