Design and Features
Printspace make a range of lovely babies and kids prints. Artist, Mara’s favourite motif is birds but there’s a design to suit everyone’s taste. My favourite is the Owl and the Pussycat, I’m a sucker for a beautiful pea green boat.
Mara hand draws the artwork and digitally colours and prints them using a quality printer and archive art paper for durability. Prints are signed open editions.
They are a standard size of 8 x 10” (that’s 20 x 25cms for the young people of today).
Performance and Drawbacks
These prints are pretty and comforting without being twee. The colours are nice and soft and will fit into any nursery decor.
The designs are ageless and would be as enjoyed as much in a six-year-old's room as they would a newborn's.
They are on the smaller side and display best grouped together.
Conclusion
Create a beautiful nursery without breaking the budget.
Team them up with a well chosen frame from IKEA and you’ve got a great gift that looks a million dollars. The Baby Birth Posters are particularly good as a unique and fun gift.
Our Gallery shows a few of the designs, there are many more to choose from. You can buy them from select baby boutiques or directly from the Printspace store via Esty.
